Our aim is to retain our leadership position in serving private equity and venture capital firms in; executive search, non-executive and advisory board search, interim management, human capital due diligence and corporate introductions. Our access to people and our ability to benchmark allows us to play the role of close advisor and partner to many of the leading players in the industry.
Our practice is built on consultants who bring deep expertise and knowledge of the investors' world and their areas of investment focused on sectors within Flint Hyde. Above all, our consultants bring the enthusiasm, drive and ambition that match the nature of the clients which we serve. We help our clients make the right investments and assist them in maximising their returns through close operational involvement.
Our client base consists of financial investors such as Venture Capital and Private Equity funds. In these cases our role is to find management teams who are granted an equity stake in the businesses. A typical investment time horizon for financial sponsor backed deals of this type would be three-five years. Our clients are investing in businesses across the spectrum, from €10m - €10bn+ in enterprise value.
